Please read through our booking and cancellation policy before booking your appointment. This information is also available on our booking platform

  • All prices are “from”, displaying an indication of cost. They may be subject to change after reviewing hair type, length and type of services required to achieve the look you desire.

    Additional products required will be charged accordingly. Most foils require toners, if you’re unsure what to book please message or phone the parlour.

    If you would like an accurate indication of cost or to discuss your requirements before booking, please contact us.

  • Creative colour, transformative colour and long/thick hair is an additional cost and may require a no-obligation free consultation prior. For complete transformations please book a consultation or phone the parlour for more information.

    All colour services must be finished with a cut and blow wave or blow wave with colour, when booking online please add one of these services.

    Late nights, Saturdays and online bookings with Kelly are limited. If you are unable to find your preferred day or time, please message or call the parlour.

  • When booking an appointment over the phone, email, online booking, facebook or in person, you are entering a verbal contract that you will turn up at that time to have that service completed.

    By doing so Vanilla Hair Parlour is reserving that time for your appointment, so please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. This allows an opportunity for the appointment to be offered to another cilent.

    "No Show" clients will not be tolerated.

    If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, or do not show up to your appointment it will be at your Stylist/Vanilla Hair Parlour discretion as to whether you will be able to book in again.

    Late cancellation fee (under 48 hr notice) will be invoiced 50% off your booking and No shows and extreme late cancellations will be invoiced 100% off your total booked appointment.

    These will be invoiced and promptly sent out with a 7 day to pay otherwise will be sent to small claims.
